Thank you for shopping at Imagic Backdrop. We take pride in providing high-quality photography backdrops designed for professional and personal use. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Policy
All backdrops are made-to-order based on the size, design, and material selected by the customer.
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:
Change of mind
Ordering the wrong size
Choosing an incorrect design
Please verify your size and design carefully before placing an order.

2. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds only under the following conditions:
Damaged Product
If your backdrop arrives damaged, torn, misprinted, or defective.
Incorrect Product Received
If you receive a design, size, or material different from what you ordered.
Printing Issues
If the print quality is significantly blurry, off-color, or defective compared to the design shown on our website.

3. Conditions for Refund Request
To qualify for a refund, the customer must:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photos/videos showing the issue.
Keep the product unused and in original packaging.
Allow our team to verify the defect or error.
If approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
Incorrect size ordered by the customer
Incorrect design selected
Color variations due to monitor/mobile screen differences
Minor wrinkles or creases (common during shipping)
Delays caused by courier or logistics companies
Slight variations in print due to material texture

5. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled only within 2 hours of purchase.
Once printing starts, cancellations are not possible.

6. Return Shipping (If Required)
In rare cases where a return is approved:
Customers must ship the product back in unused condition.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the mistake is from our side.

7. Replacement Policy
If the issue falls under approved refund conditions, the customer may choose between:
A full refund, OR
A replacement backdrop at no extra cost
Replacement processing time: 5–7 business days after approval.
